Role Description:
- Conducting routine inspections, servicing, and diagnostics on HGVs
- Carrying out reactive repairs and preventative maintenance
- Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
- Welding, fabrication, and assembly of vehicle components
- Reading and interpreting schematics and electrical diagrams
- Repair and maintenance of auxiliary equipment including excavators and forklifts
- Maintaining accurate service and repair records
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
