Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Continental Shifts Worcestershire | £49,817 CV Technical are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in the Worcestershire area who are looking to add an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their engineering team. This is a hands-on maintenance position within a busy manufacturing environment, working a continental shift pattern and covering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site. The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping production machinery and site equipment running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding Mechanical and electrical maintenance across production machinery Diagnosing faults and minimising production downtime Working on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps and associated equipment Fault finding on electrical systems, sensors, drives and controls Working with pneumatics and hydraulics Supporting machinery upgrades and continuous improvement projects Identifying recurring faults and improving equipment reliability Completing maintenance records and reporting issues Working closely with production to maintain output Ensuring all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety procedures The Person We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing.
