An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead its on-site quality function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-invested operation with a strong reputation for quality and continuous improvement.
The Role
- Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensuring compliance with BRC and ISO 9001 standards
- Leading audits (internal and external) and customer requirements
- Driving continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities
- Managing and developing a Quality Coordinator
- Working cross-functionally with production and senior leadership teams
The Candidate
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or similar role
- Minimum 2 years' management experience
- Strong working knowledge of BRC and ISO 9001
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Confident leading audits and improving quality systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
