QA Technician | Food Manufacturing Coventry | 4 on 4 off | Days or Nights 29,972 per annum A leading food manufacturing business based in Coventry is looking for 3 QA Technician s to join their Quality ll be responsible for carrying out quality checks throughout the production process, investigating issues and helping to drive a strong quality culture across the site. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with the opportunity to work either permanent days or permanent nights. Key Responsibilities - QA Technician Carrying out quality and food safety checks throughout the production process Monitoring production against the site s Quality and Food Safety Plan Collecting samples and carrying out relevant testing Completing microbiological, chemical, shelf-life and organoleptic testing Conducting GMP and GLP checks across the manufacturing environment Carrying out on-line quality and food safety monitoring Completing glass, belt and other quality audits Ensuring full product traceability and accurate record keeping Supporting investigations into customer complaints and identifying root causes Working with Production to implement corrective and preventative actions Carrying out calibration checks and reporting equipment outside...
