Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Brighouse, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of shift-based operations, drive performance, and play a key role in continuous improvement and cultural development. π§ The Role As Production Manager, you will: Lead, coach, and mentor shift teams, conducting performance reviews and supporting professional development. Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance across teams. Drive operational excellence through effective planning, team communication, and performance management. Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are met, while minimising downtime and waste. Work cross-functionally with H&S, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to resolve challenges and align goals. Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, RCA, and Six Sigma practices. Conduct daily audits and implement process improvements to enhance OEE and operational output. β What We\βre Looking For Minimum 5 years\β experience in a similar production or operations leadership role. Strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven leadership and people development skills. Experience with Lean tools, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, and continuous improvement.
