Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Process Engineer to support manufacturing performance, drive continuous improvement and optimise production processes across the site. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, improving manufacturing performance and working closely with production teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring they operate efficiently, consistently and safely. Working alongside production, engineering and quality teams, you will identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions and support both day-to-day manufacturing and longer-term capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical process support to manufacturing teams to resolve production and process-related issues.
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, technical specifications and control procedures.
  • Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
