Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing machinery and site equipment
- Fault finding on electrical systems including PLCs, drives, sensors, motors, and control panels
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are maintained
- Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to improve machine performance
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Apprentice trained or formally qualified in Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of PLC systems and automated machinery
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment
- Multi-skilled experience would be advantageous
