Are you an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturing company with strong investment in its people and plant? We are currently supporting a well-established manufacturer in Coalville who are looking to add an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineer to their growing team.

Your responsibilities:
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the site
- Electrical fault-finding and repairs on production equipment
- Supporting installation and improvement projects
- Working closely with production to minimise downtime
What we’re looking for:
- Time-served or qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills (PLCs, motors, sensors, etc.)
- Basic mechanical understanding (conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- A proactive approach and good team player
