Maintenance Engineer
Panama Shift Pattern
Salary: £48,000 + Benefits
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a stable company that invests in its people and equipment.
Working on a Panama shift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production through proactive maintenance, fast fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery

Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime

Fault find on mechanical and/or electrical systems

Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

Ensure all work is completed safely and documented correctly
Requirements

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
