This position will take ownership of site health and safety, ensuring compliance with UK legislation while driving a positive safety culture across the operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site health and safety systems and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and internal standards
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver health and safety training across the site
- Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or FMCG
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
