We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join a market‐leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the maintenance manager, you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development, this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within a secure and stable company.
Role Description
- Electrical design and reading drawings
- PLC programming and design
- Providing both reactive and PPM maintenance
- Working on a variety of machinery
- Being involved in facilities work
- Fault finding both electrical and mechanical
- Working in a manufacturing environment
- Working with hydraulics and pneumatics
Skills and Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience advantageous
- Fault‐finding ability, either electrical or mechanical
- 18th Edition essential
- HNC desirable
