We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Line Leader to join a growing FMCG food manufacturing business. This is a night-shift role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and is looking to progress into a senior position over time.
The Role
As Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of 2-8 hand packers on busy production lines. You will be hands-on, working directly on the lines to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
You will be working across:
- Canning lines
- Bottling lines
- High-volume FMCG food production environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise production operatives on shift
- Ensure smooth running of production lines
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support training and development of team members
- Work closely with senior production staff and management
Experience / Skills / Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing
- Experience in a senior production or line leader role
- Hands-on, practical line experience
- FMCG and food manufacturing background
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Package & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Overtime / Shift Allowance: Available

Hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am

Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays
