- Oversee and drive improvements in machine performance, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Plan, execute, and complete effective planned maintenance on all plant and facility equipment.
- Respond promptly to machine faults and breakdowns across the site, as directed by the Lead Engineer.
- Maintain accurate breakdown and maintenance records for all work undertaken.
- Manage the availability and effective use of tooling across WorkCentres.
- Ensure that spare parts for each machine and process are always available and effectively managed.
- Handle the booking in and out of machine spares and tooling from stores.
- Source direct spares or equivalent alternative parts as needed.
Participate in performance and improvement meetings as directed by the Lead Engineer

60/40 – Elec Bias or Multi Skilled
Apprenticeship – Desirable
NVQ Level 3 – Desirable
Electro and Mechanical Experience – Essential
