Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias Location: West Hampstead, London Salary: £50,000 + Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm The Role We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the engineering team on a high-profile commercial contract in West Hampstead. This is a Monday-to-Friday position suited to an electrically biased engineer with strong all-round building services knowledge. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and ensuring critical plant and equipment remain safe, reliable and operational. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs Maintain electrical and mechanical building services across the site Fault-find on electrical systems, HVAC equipment and associated plant Work with systems including UPS, generators and LV distribution Respond to reactive issues and ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales Monitor plant and identify potential faults before they result in disruption Keep CAFM systems, maintenance records and job sheets accurately updated Maintain plant rooms to a high standard Complete risk assessments and method statements where required Work closely with the client, contractors and wider engineering team About You Electrically qualified with City
