We are working with a leading landscaping and materials business in Mountsorrel who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical) to join their 3-shift operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for an experienced electrical engineer looking for a varied and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults to minimise production downtime
- Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase reliability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and support shift handovers
Candidate Requirements:
