We are CV Technical - a specialist recruitment business focusing on the engineering industry, that continues to achieve big things since starting up in 2018, such as a 1 Million-pound turnover every year since 2021. The team consists of experienced consultants who want to succeed individually but also play a huge role in the expansion and growth of the company. The past year has shown significant progress and achievements, and we are now hiring for another Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced team.
Based in our brand new office in Hinckley, you will work as a 360-recruitment consultant within an engineering and manufacturing focused market. The role will closely focus on new business, and we have weekly and monthly KPIs to achieve both personally and as a team. You will become an essential part of the CV Technical team and have a wide customer base to work with, as well as building new relationships with both candidates and clients.
We are looking for individuals that match our ambition, energy and enthusiasm - whether you are an experienced engineering recruiter, or a recruiter considering moving industries this role could suit you! Training, development and support will be offered to all successful candidates.
The Rewards
- Commission: You will be paid a monthly uncapped commission based on the revenue you generate for the company. In short - the more you bill, the more you earn. With an uncapped structure, it means you really do have the opportunity to maximise your earning potential! Highest earners are hitting 6 figures.
- Incentives: We are truly passionate about recognising the hard work of our team, from our fantastic top billers to our amazing up-and-comers. On top of commission we have monthly team targets and, if hit, the whole team enjoys the rewards. In addition to this, we have individual weekly, quarterly and yearly targets for which a variety of incentives are offered. Some of these include: team building activities, days and nights out, bonuses, and many more!
Benefits
- £22,000 - £24,000 + Uncapped Commission = OTE (£30,000 - £60,000, Depending on experience)
- 25 days holiday, rising by 1 day a year for every year served + Bank Holidays
