Project Engineer in Leicester

Project Engineer Leicester Days, Monday to Friday £50,000 - £55,000 We are working with an established engineering business who are looking to appoint a Project Engineer to join their design team. This is a varied role covering design, site work and project delivery, with the successful candidate working closely with customers, manufacturing and senior management. There is also a genuine opportunity to progress into a leadership position as the business continues to grow. The Role: Producing detailed engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD Carrying out site visits, surveys and measurements Working directly with customers to develop practical engineering solutions Liaising with manufacturing and fabrication teams to ensure designs are achievable Producing RAMS and supporting projects through to installation Helping improve design processes and systems across the businessThe Person: Strong AutoCAD experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment Good understanding of fabrication and sheet metal work Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable dealing directly with customers and site teams A hands-on approach with the ambition to progress into a leadership roleBenefits: 30 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 35 days after 5 years Pension Laptop and mobile phone Genuine progression into a leadership positionTo apply, please contact Cameron at CV Technical or send your CV directly
