Due to continued growth, they are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and motivate their shop floor team while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
The Role
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring the efficient flow of work throughout the workshop. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting production operatives across the joinery workshop
- Ensuring production targets and delivery deadlines are met
- Monitoring quality standards and implementing continuous improvements
- Managing labour resources and workflow planning
- Driving health & safety compliance across the department
- Conducting team briefings, training, and performance management
- Working closely with management, planning, and installation teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste
About You
The successful candidate will have:
