This role is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of heavy plant and wash plant machinery to ensure safe and efficient site operations. The successful candidate will work on equipment including excavators, loading shovels, crushers, screeners, and wash plant systems within a busy recycling yard environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on heavy plant machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to maximise equipment uptime.
- Inspect and maintain wash plant systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
