The Role Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the Junior Project Engineer will support the successful delivery of customer projects from initial sales support through to installation and handover.
The role combines project engineering, customer interaction and technical support, providing exposure to all stages of project delivery.
Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the delivery of engineering projects across the UK and Ireland.
Producing and maintaining engineering drawings using CAD.
Supporting PLC-based automation projects.
Assisting with Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Pre-Production Inspections (PPIs) and commissioning activities.
Preparing project documentation and customer handover packs.
Liaising with customers throughout project delivery.
Supporting OEM partners, suppliers and third-party equipment manufacturers.
Providing technical support to the Sales Engineering team.
