The Role As a Junior Maintenance Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, learning the skills required to maintain production equipment and support the smooth running of the manufacturing operation. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and equipment. Assisting with reactive maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns. Working closely with the production team to maximise machine performance and minimise downtime. Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures. Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately.
