We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site in the YO17 area. This is a days-based continental role, offering strong earning potential and a good work-life balance.
The Role:
- Planned and reactive maintenance on production and site equipment
- Electrical fault finding on machinery, panels, motors, sensors, and drives
- Supporting production to minimise downtime and improve reliability
- Assisting with continuous improvement and engineering projects
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
- Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working a continental days shift pattern (5-5)
