We are currently looking for an experienced Regional Service Engineer / Heavy Plant Mechanic to join our growing team covering the Glasgow to Dumfries area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with a strong heavy plant background looking for long-term stability, ongoing training, and progression opportunities.
The Role
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of equipment including:
- Dumpers
- Telehandlers
- Excavators
- 360 grabs
- Commercial vans
- Hotboxes (asphalt warming equipment)
Work will be carried out both onsite and across customer locations within the region.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in heavy plant
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience working independently in the field
- Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
