Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Service Administrator to support an expanding service team based at their busy Bristol office. This role will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse facility and stock control, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure service and remedial jobs are processed efficiently. The Service Administrator will act as a key link between the service team, coordinators, and customers, helping to keep operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare service and remedial quotations up to the value of 3,000
- Issue quotations to customers and actively follow up to secure approval
- Raise job sheets and hand over to the Service Coordinator once purchase orders are received
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems
- Assist with invoicing and billing activities when required
- Provide cover and support for the Service Coordinator during periods of absence or increased workload
- Support the day-to-day management of the warehouse facility and stock levels
Basic Qualifications & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is advantageous
- Previous experience preparing or managing quotations is desirable
