We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site in the Exeter area. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to work in a stable, day-shift role.
The Role:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
- Fault finding and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime
- Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
- Apprenticeship trained or equivalent in Engineering
- Electrical or Mechanical bias (either considered)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working rotating day shifts
