Shift Pattern: Rotating Days (06:00-14:00 / 10:00-18:00)

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site in the Exeter area. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to work in a stable, day-shift role.

The Role:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
  • Fault finding and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Apprenticeship trained or equivalent in Engineering
  • Electrical or Mechanical bias (either considered)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working rotating day shifts
