Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a compressed working week that gives you more time to do what you love? The Role
- As Electrical Engineer, you'll be a key part of the engineering team, responsible for keeping critical plant and equipment running at optimum performance.
- You'll be working across both planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault-finding, playing a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the site.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults to minimise production downtime.
- Supporting continuous improvement and engineering projects on site.
- Working to health and safety standards and internal compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with the wider engineering and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
- Recognised electrical qualification - City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent.
- Solid background in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- 18th Edition wiring regulations (desirable).
- A proactive, reliable engineer who takes pride in their work.
The Package
- Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience).
- Friday to Monday, 10-hour shifts.
- Shift options: 5:30am - 1:30pm or 11:00am - 8:00pm.
- Compressed week - enjoy three days off every week.
