An established manufacturing site in the DN38 area is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support the electrical maintenance function on site. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a strong electrical engineer looking to step into, or continue in, a leadership position within a stable industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the electrical maintenance team on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure planned and reactive electrical maintenance is carried out safely and efficiently
- Lead fault-finding and breakdown response on electrical systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and site reliability
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex electrical issues
Hours of Work
7:00am - 4:00pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch break
On-Call
On-call rota with payment of £200 per month. On-call duties to commence once fully site-trained (typically after probation).
Salary
£46,000 - £52,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
