We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and innovative manufacturing business based in Beverley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a key business unit, overseeing production, warehouse operations, and distribution. This role would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about driving performance, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across production, warehouse, and distribution
- Ensure production and demand planning aligns with customer requirements
- Monitor and improve performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production schedules to meet demand forecasts
- Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with standards
- Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to maintain material availability

About You
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar role

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
