HR Administrator Bedworth, Warwickshire £25,000 - £28,000 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 16:30 We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a well established manufacturing business based in Coventry, providing efficient and confidential administrative support to the Head of Human Resources. This is a varied HR role suited to someone who is organised, approachable and proactive, with the ability to manage their own workload and support the wider HR function. The Role Provide day to day HR administrative support to the Head of HR Support recruitment and selection, including advertising vacancies, offer letters, contracts and pre-employment checks Manage new starter and leaver documentation and support inductions Maintain accurate employee records and the HR information system Manage daily absence records and produce weekly reports Support employees and managers with HR policies and procedures Assist with investigations, disciplinaries, appeals, Works Council and H&S Committee meetings Prepare documentation, take minutes and complete follow-up actions Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes Handle sensitive employee information in line with UK GDPR and company policies About You We are looking for an organised and detail-focused HR professional with previous administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment.You will ideally have: CIPD Level 3 or currently working towards it Previous HR or administrative experience Knowledge of HR and employment processes Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload A professional, approachable and confidential manner The confidence to communicate effectively with employees and managers at all levels If this role is of interest, please apply directly or send your CV
