Health & Safety Advisor Bedworth, Warwickshire Up to £50,000 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 16:30 We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to take ownership of Health & Safety across a well-established manufacturing business in Bedworth. This is a standalone role, working closely with the Operations and HR Directors, with genuine scope to influence the site, improve standards and drive a positive Health & Safety culture. The Role Sole responsibility for Health & Safety across the site Working closely with Operations and HR leadership Maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor Identifying risks and implementing effective control measures Leading Health & Safety improvements and continuous improvement initiatives Managing risk assessments, audits and investigations Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Challenging unsafe practices and driving accountability Engaging with employees at all levels to improve Health & Safety awareness Driving a proactive Health & Safety culture across the site About YouWe are looking for a confident, proactive Health & Safety professional who is comfortable taking ownership and acting as the key authority on site. You will ideally have: NEBOSH qualification as a minimum Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment Background in automotive, aerospace, CNC, precision engineering or similar Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice A hands-on, shop-floor focused approach The confidence to challenge unsafe practices and influence change Experience driving continuous improvement Strong communication and influencing skills The authority and personality to drive cultural changeThis is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than maintain compliance, with the autonomy to improve standards, influence behaviour and make a genuine impact on Health & Safety across the site.
