We are working with a well‑established and growing organisation within the construction sector who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from pre‑start through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong coordination, communication, and compliance knowledge across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction contracts across multiple sites
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
- Maintain full compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and wider health & safety legislation
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and risk assessments
- Support continuous improvement in operational and safety performance
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within construction (minimum 1-2 years)
- Strong working knowledge of CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations 2015
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
