A leading manufacturing company is seeking a proactive Site Services & Security Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities, security, and site operations. You will ensure the site runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations, while leading a small team of support staff.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Manage and maintain all site security systems and protocols, including CCTV, access control, and emergency procedures.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, waste management, and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and internal company policies.
- Develop and implement site-wide policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the site services team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Coordinate with senior management to plan budgets and capital projects for site improvements.
- Act as the primary contact for external contractors and service providers.
