As part of our continued expansion and investment in our production capabilities, we are seeking a Maintenance Lead Engineer to join our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver PPM activities: Take a hands-on role in executing and leading scheduled preventative maintenance across a variety of production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure safety and quality standards: Adhere to all health safety procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work, ensuring all maintenance is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support engineers and contractors: Provide supervision, guidance, and technical support to both internal engineers and external contractors during maintenance activities.
- Safe equipment handover: Carry out thorough post-maintenance checks to ensure machinery is safe, fully operational, and ready for production.
