We are looking for a motivated mechanical maintenance engineer to join a market leading manufacturing company in their respective field. You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. Role Description:
- Planned & Reactive Maintenance
- Reduce reactive work (breakdowns, repairs)
- Increase proactive work (continuous improvement) to achieve business targets
- This includes ensuring the safe operation of machinery, improving site facilities across a broad scope (buildings, offices, production lines, warehouse)
- Mixers, Rollers, Extruders
- CNC Machinery
- Packaging Machinery
- Cooling & Cutting Machinery
- Belts, Chains, Bearings, Gearboxes
- PLC Fault Finding
Skills and Qualifications:
- Time served (apprenticeship) electrical / mechanical maintenance engineer
- 3-5 years' practical experience
- Process oriented environment
- Pro-active, continuous improvement attitude

- Flexibility (working hours, shift, where to work in the plant, call-outs, key holder etc.)
