Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure production schedules are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and hygiene.
- Work closely with Technical, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimise performance.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with all Health Safety, Food Safety and company procedures.
- Manage staffing levels, performance, training and succession planning.
