Responsibilities include:
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of advanced industrial equipment and associated systems.
- Delivering high-quality customer training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Carrying out rigorous fault finding using first-principles approaches to achieve first-time fixes.
- Actively contributing to knowledge sharing across the engineering team to improve overall service capability.
- Supporting customers with spare parts identification and explaining technical requirements where needed.
- Promoting and recommending service agreements, clearly communicating their value to customers.
- Reporting customer feedback and service outcomes back to internal teams.
- Working to key performance metrics such as service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting wider regional operations with installations and breakdowns when required.
Experience / Skills / Qualifications:
- HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems using first principles.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience installing and servicing industrial equipment.
- Electrically biased (approx. 60%) with solid mechanical understanding (40%).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Full, clean driving licence.
