The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting customers across the UK, ensuring robotic and automation equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key responsibilities include:
- Installation and commissioning of robotic and automation systems.
- Preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system faults.
- Supporting customers both on-site and remotely.
- Carrying out system upgrades, modifications, and improvements.
- Producing accurate service reports and documentation.
