This role involves overseeing a small team of engineers working across multiple client locations, carrying out maintenance and repair work on a wide range of industrial equipment, including motors, pump systems, and other mechanical assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of field-based engineers
  • Visit client sites to assess technical requirements and diagnose issues
  • Prepare cost estimates and quotations for proposed work
