The Opportunity
An established engineering operation is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer / Engineering Team Leader to join the team and take a lead role across the site's maintenance and engineering activities. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career, providing day-to-day leadership to a small engineering team while remaining hands-on technically.
You'll be responsible for coordinating a team of three engineers, organising maintenance activities and shift cover, supporting PPM, and helping ensure all mechanical, electrical, plant and building systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
