Role Overview
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers while ensuring the efficient maintenance and reliability of production equipment across the site. Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the engineering team on shift
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance

Requirements
- Electrical engineering qualification
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience leading or supervising engineers
- Knowledge of PLCs and automated machinery advantageous
- Ability to work effectively within a double days shift pattern
