Night Shift Production Supervisor £37,440-£39,780 + Overtime | Monday-Thursday, 6pm-6am Tipton, West Midlands We're recruiting for a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing operation, taking responsibility for a small team and ensuring the smooth running of production throughout the night shift. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone who has previously worked as a Machine Operator or Production Operative and has progressed into a supervisory position. You'll be responsible for leading the team while also getting involved with machinery and supporting production on the shop floor. The Role Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 staff Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved Implement and maintain Health Safety standards across the shift Complete shift handovers and production paperwork Monitor and develop KPIs and performance Support machine operation and troubleshoot mechanical issues Carry out basic mechanical work on production machinery Ensure the shift runs efficiently and safely Train and develop team members
