Toolmaker / Toolroom Engineer
Salary: Up to £45,000 / £22 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays

We are looking for an experienced Toolmaker / Toolroom Engineer to join a specialist engineering workshop.
The role involves:

Manual milling, turning and surface grinding

Bench fitting, deburring and hand finishing
-
Manufacturing and modifying components to engineering drawings
-
Stripping and rebuilding vehicle sub-assemblies
-
Inspection and first-off approval

General toolroom and workshop duties
About You

Time-served apprenticeship preferred
-
Strong Toolmaker / Toolroom experience
-
Good manual machining and bench-fitting skills
-
Able to work accurately from engineering drawings
-
2-3+ years' relevant experience
Newly qualified apprentices are also welcome to apply, with training available.
