Shift Technician
Salary: £50,000 + Overtime
We are recruiting an experienced Shift Technician to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting plant reliability, maintenance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Diagnose electrical faults and minimise production downtime.
- Support installation, project and equipment improvement work.
- Work alongside mechanical and production teams to maintain plant performance.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Time-served electrical apprenticeship and ONC or equivalent qualification.
- Experience maintaining industrial production equipment.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- PLC, instrumentation and inverter experience advantageous.
