Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
Shift: Double Days

A well-established organisation is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team. You will work in a busy automated production environment, maintaining machinery and responding to breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Mechanical/electrical fault finding
- PLC and three-phase fault finding
- Breakdown response and repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Identify and rectify equipment faults
- Support facilities maintenance when needed
- Complete maintenance records and task sheets
- Assist with stock control and consumables
- Follow Health & Safety procedures
The successful candidate will have:
- Time-served maintenance engineering experience
- Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical experience
- Experience fault finding in a production environment
- PLC experience is advantageous
- Experience with automated equipment or MHE is desirable
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
