The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join an established team, carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, installations and fault-finding across a range of systems.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a strong electrical background, good diagnostic skills and experience working with three‑phase electrical systems. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, resolving electrical faults and ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical servicing, repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
- Install, upgrade and replace electrical equipment, including lighting systems, distribution boards, switches and sockets.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain and test emergency lighting systems and associated safety equipment.
- Carry out electrical motor and pump installations.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Practical experience in three‑phase electrical maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of domestic, commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Strong fault‑finding, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Current Wiring Regulations qualification to the latest edition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to maintenance, problem‑solving and safe working practices.

You will have a strong understanding of electrical installations and maintenance, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
