CV Screen is recruiting for a Paid Media Executive position with a growing specialist digital marketing organisation that delivers recruitment advertising campaigns for major UK and international brands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PPC professional with experience across paid media channels to join a highly regarded team and develop their career in recruitment marketing.
The role is hybrid, with just one day per week in the office in Woking, and offers a salary of
£30,000 to £34,000 , depending on experience. Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and Linked In.
Analyse campaign performance and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Manage recruitment marketing budgets and improve application quality and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
Support reporting, campaign planning and ongoing account growth activities.
What Experience is Required?
At least 2 years of PPC or paid media campaign management experience.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta and Linked In advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities.

- Salary of
£30,000 to £34,000 Hybrid working with one office day per week 23 days' paid holiday plus bank holidays, rising by a day for each year worked, up to 26 days.
