CV Screen is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established and growing business based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic hybrid opportunity offering a salary of £33,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Working across a diverse group of successful businesses specialising in digital marketing, mobile technology and media services, you'll support the day-to-day finance function and gain exposure to a varied workload. Duties & Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including purchase and sales ledger activities.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Assist with reconciliations and support month-end finance processes.
- Prepare and post journals, including accruals and prepayments.
- Work closely with the finance team across multiple group businesses to ensure accurate financial records.
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in a Finance/Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper or similar finance role.
- AAT qualified or studying towards AAT/ACCA, with a sound understanding of accounting principles including accruals and prepayments.
- Experience using QuickBooks or Xero, together with strong attention to detail.
