Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and maintain servers, networks, and virtual infrastructure environments
- Administer Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 platforms
- Manage VMware virtualisation and backup solutions using Veeam
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and user-related technical issues
- Assist with IT upgrades, migrations, and ongoing improvement projects
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience within a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Exchange, and Office 365
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and backup technologies
