Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff and users across multiple sites.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network, hardware and software systems.
- Assist with the ongoing development and improvement of IT infrastructure.
- Resolve complex technical issues and ensure minimal service disruption.
- Support the delivery of a reliable and customer-focused IT service.
What Experience is Required?
- Level 3 qualification in IT or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within an IT support, infrastructure or networking environment.
- Strong knowledge of networks, desktop hardware, operating systems and software support.
