About the role: To support the continued growth of this growing business by providing efficient administrative and commercial support to the sales function. This role is key in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and pipeline activity
- Assist with processing sales enquiries, quotations, and customer communications
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up actions for the sales team
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and customer-facing documentation
- Support lead generation activities and customer outreach campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities
- Assist with order processing and internal coordination where required
Skills & Experience:
- Strong interest in sales administration and commercial business operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
